The purpose of my fall food diary is to document my Allegheny College senior project, which is eating only local organic foods within a 100-mile radius of Meadville, Pennsylvania. I intend to record all of my foods, feelings, and show some pictures, so that I can assess my personal evolution from start to finish.

Molly - I will actually be sorry when your comp ends. I have enjoyed reading your blog. I have to tell you, the quiche you took with your Kappa Quiche on Homecoming was probably a million times better than the Kappa Quiche recipes -- If I remember correctly, that was basically bread, egg, cheese and some kind of meat. baked to death. Congrats again on an interesting and relevant comp. Cara Lee
