Breakfast: apple
Lunch: salad of spring mix lettuce, kale, cabbage, green tomatoes, and green peppers with honey dressing, and cantaloupe
Dinner: ratatouille (eggplant, summer squash, zucchini, chard, onions, garlic, and tomatoes), and watermelon
Snack/Dessert: apples baked in honey (so good!)
Tomorrow I plan on visiting the buffalo farm in Edinboro, shopping around farmer's markets, searching for local organic wine, and cooking up some new culinary creations.
