Brunch: Smoothie - raw milk, red raspberries, concord grapes, frozen watermelon, chard, ice, honey (the picture doesn't do it justice!)
Dinner: Buffalo hamburger patty cut up in salad - spring mix lettuce, cabbage, orange and green tomatoes, onions, green onions, broccoli, green peppers, red peppers, spicy green peppers, carrots, and a bit of honey dressing
Snacks: cantaloupe, red raspberries, tea with raw milk and honey
