Breakfast: apple
Lunch: Corn meal and buttermilk pancakes (ingredients: corn meal, buttermilk, and egg - cooked in my homemade butter). SO GOOD - definitely will be making this with my buttermilk everytime I make butter. Here's a picture, they don't look particularly pretty because I cut them up alot to make sure they were cooked the whole way through.
Dinner: buffalo burger patty from Wooden Nickell Buffalo Farm in Edinboro, and left-over ratatouille.
Snacks: cantaloupe, green beans
