Food Log 10/31/10

Breakfast: pumpkin pie with honey
Lunch: leftover cornmeal blueberry pancakes with maple syrup
Dinner: delicious quiche! - wheat flatbread crust (buttered pan), tomatoes, onion, garlic, chard, herbs, eggs, and milk; side of sauteed potatoes
Snack: cornbread with honey
