Food Log 9/1/10

Today I got to enjoy the following delicious meals of local organic foods:

Breakfast: a perfectly ripe nectarine
Lunch: salad of spring mix lettuce, cabbage, kale, cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and cucumers with honey-dressing (honey mildly watered down), and cantaloupe
Dinner: left over salad from lunch, two poached eggs, boiled potatoes, and watermelon

I also enjoyed Lavender tea from Restoration Herbs and Guayaki yerbamate tea.
